A VAT number is required for Pro and Scale plans. Starter and Flex sellers can apply without one, but it is recommended for professional business sellers operating within the EU.
Commission is charged on the final sale price (excluding shipping). It is deducted automatically before your payout is released — you never pay it separately.

Yes. Once approved you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your seller dashboard under Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Applications are reviewed by our curation team, typically within 2 business days. We assess the quality and relevance of your inventory and the completeness of your application.
Payouts are released 14 days after you mark your order as shipped in your dashboard. Payment is made via bank transfer to the account registered in your profile.
Pro and Scale subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You will receive a Stripe subscription activation link by email after your application is approved. There is no long-term commitment — you can cancel at any time.
