Frequently asked questions
Listings are reviewed by hand. This typically takes 1 business day. You'll receive an email when your listing is approved or if we need any changes. Make sure to check your spam folder.
Your payout is released 14 days after you mark your order as shipped in your seller dashboard. Open the order detail, add your tracking number and click "Mark as shipped". Payment is made via bank transfer.
Commission depends on your plan:
Starter — 22% commission, up to 5 listings
Flex — 17% commission, up to 15 listings
Pro — 8% commission, up to 40 listings (€29/month)
Scale — 5% commission, unlimited listings (€49/month)
You can upgrade your plan anytime under Subscription in your dashboard.

Go to Orders in your seller dashboard. Click Details ▾ on the order. Fill in the tracking number, select your carrier, and click "Mark as shipped". The buyer will automatically receive a shipping notification with the tracking information.
Yes. Go to My Listings in your dashboard and click Edit on any listing. You can update the price, stock quantity, condition and description. Changes sync automatically to Shopify.
Click the Archive button next to a listing in My Listings. The item will be hidden from your public page immediately and set to draft in Shopify. Contact us if you'd like to restore an archived listing.
Go to Buyer Requests in your dashboard. Click on a request to open the conversation thread. You can reply directly from there. The buyer will receive your reply by email and can respond via a secure link — no account required on their end.
Go to Personal information to update your business name, bio, location, website and Instagram. Upload a logo and a cover photo — sellers with a cover image get significantly more profile views. Keep your bio honest and specific: what do you specialise in, how long have you been collecting?
